Shipping / Returns

 UPS Shipping information will be sent to your email once we prepare the label. Once it departs it will update automatically so you know where your package is. Please check your spam if no tracking was found in your regular mail. You may be required to sign for your package online or when it's delivered.  

International orders now get tracking with UPS shipping Carrier and WE pay for your duties and taxes fee so that is why shipping fee is so high.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: Standard International Airmail Shipping with UPS : (2-4 weeks subjected to customs clearance for worldwide shipping from the USA):

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from order date. California orders will arrive with in 2-3 business days from when the shipping departs. Shipping to other locations in the USA take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive. Your order will be shipped out via UPS.com with tracking sent to your email used to place the order and may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If you do not respond to the notice, your package will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your account. You may then choose to purchase from the site again. 

POSSIBLE DELAYS: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Acosta Clothing CO., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Acosta Clothing Co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail for a full refund within 7 days upon a package’s arrival. 

Returns made within 7 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

Acosta Clothing Co. is not responsible for any return shipping charges. 

We are not responsible for any lost return shipments so we strongly advise you to return the items via a trackable shipping method.
